LOAN PROGRAMS

Our loans require a minimum downpayment of 20% on purchases and allow us to fund up to 80% of the appraised value on refinances.  We do cash-out refinances and we also refinance developer carry-back loans in which you obtain clear title, your own bank trust if applicable a lower payment and American title insurance, all with no out of pocket expense as the closing costs are rolled into the loan.
